1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 2win through this website or associated applications, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 2win platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 2win as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by applicable law from participating in betting or online gaming activities.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2win platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 2win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete the verification process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
- Your account password is your sole responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 2win support team.
- 2win is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 2win platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
- Sharing your account with a third party or allowing others to play using your account.
- Distributing content that is seditious, unlawful, or damaging to the platform's reputation.
2win reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account and holding the associated funds while the investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 2win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and Maybank bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them. 2win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
- Deposits: Typically credited within 1–15 minutes, depending on the selected payment method.
- Withdrawals: Processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of identity verification. 2win reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
- Transaction cancellations: Deposits credited to your account cannot be reversed. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the user before they are approved.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their winnings or transactions on this platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
2win is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays on the part of financial institutions or third-party digital wallet providers.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
2win reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any related platform policies.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Compromised account security or suspected unauthorised access.
When an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining funds may be held while an investigation is conducted. If the closure is at the user's own request with no violations involved, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 2win support team through the channels available within their account.
6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
2win makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. In the event that services are unavailable due to technical maintenance, internet disruptions, or causes beyond 2win's control, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users.
2win's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active funds held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2win platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 2win and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 2win.
Third-Party Links
The 2win platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2win is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2win platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
